QuickCar Extreme Series gauges have an internal warning light system that changes the color of the entire 2-5/8 Inch face when a reading goes out of range. This mechanical gauge reads water temperature on a 100-280 Degree F range through a 6 Foot capillary tube, with a white face, bright red pointer and LED lighting on 12-volt or 16-volt power. A brass male 1/2 Inch NPT adapter is included; the 235 Degree F water temperature switch needed for the warning function is sold separately.
